Internal Regulations
Guests are kindly requested to observe the following rules in order to ensure a pleasant stay for themselves and others:
- The reservation will be considered confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total amount (via bank transfer or similar forms). Please contact us at the email address laura@dachifarm.it to arrange the advance payment. We reserve the right to pre-authorize an amount on the credit card provided at the time of booking to ensure the validity of the reservation. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 15 days prior to the start of the stay. After this deadline, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation by Dachi Farm within 24 hours of the customer’s arrival date, the customer will be refunded the amount paid.
- The reception office is open from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. In case of need, the reception office can be contacted by phone at (+39) 335.5483064 or (+39) 328.4211687.
- On the day of arrival (check-in), rooms will be available from 15:00 to 17:00 (it is preferable to communicate the arrival time at the time of booking). For arrivals after this time, please arrange an appointment by phone or obtain instructions for self check-in. An additional supplement may be required for late check-in. The balance of the stay will be settled upon arrival, while the cost of any additional charges will be settled upon room delivery (check out). Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid identification document to the management for registration with the competent authorities. It is possible to book accommodation with at least one adult.
- On the day of departure (check-out), rooms must be vacated no later than 10:00. Customers who depart early are required to pay for the remaining days of the reservation according to article. 1385-1386 cc and subsequent amendments. Customers wishing to depart during the night or in the morning before 09:00 must check out, settle any outstanding balance for extras and tourist tax, the evening before departure.
- Visits by relatives and/or friends intending to stay overnight in the same room as the booked guests must be authorized in advance by the Management. For them, the rate as per the price list will be applied. All unauthorized individuals found inside the premises will be reported to the Police.
- Parking for vehicles is reserved for guests of the facility only. The internal parking is uncovered and unattended. The Management is not responsible for any damages or thefts caused to parked vehicles.
- In the event of suspension of electricity, water, or internet supply, due to utility providers or unforeseen circumstances, Dachi Farm declines any responsibility and is not obligated to provide any refund.
- It is mandatory to respect the vegetation, the grounds, the hygiene, and cleanliness of the premises. Any damages will be charged to those who cause them.
- Access for dogs or other pets is allowed throughout the property of Dachi Farm. Dog owners are kindly requested to carefully supervise their pets. It is mandatory to keep them on a leash except in the designated areas for their exercise.
- All guests are required to respect the quiet hours from 14:30 to 16:00 and in the evening from 23:00 until 07:00 the following morning.
- It is strictly forbidden to light any stoves or lighters inside the accommodations. It is also forbidden to use the toilets as dumping grounds, and guests are advised to use the designated bins. Any damage to equipment and furnishings caused by guests or their visitors will be charged to those responsible for the damage.
- The management declines any responsibility for any injuries to adults and minors, who must be accompanied by their parents and/or guardians.
- The management is not responsible for thefts, losses, and damages to valuables and objects.
- Smoking is prohibited in accommodations and common areas.
- Room/bathroom cleaning takes place at the beginning of the stay. For those who desire a change of linen or additional cleaning, please inform the reception office, and an extra charge will be applied.
- The facility is equipped with a basic medical kit (band-aids, hydrogen peroxide, gauze, etc.) for minor interventions located in the laundry room.
- The volume of televisions and other audio devices must be kept at low and appropriate levels to avoid disturbing others.
- At the unquestionable discretion of the management, repeated failure to comply with these rules, and engaging in behavior that seriously damages the harmony and spirit of the facility, may result in the removal as unwanted guests. In such a case, the expelled guest will not be entitled to any refund of payments made, with the reservation of the management to claim compensation for any damages and prejudices. Please note that by booking with our facility, you accept the subscription to this regulation, which implies full acceptance including any more unpleasant consequences. The management also warns that if necessary, it will promptly alert the competent law enforcement authorities. Similarly, incidents of serious disrespect towards the management or their representatives will be treated in the same manner.
