The Ninì apartment is the largest in our property. Spacious and charming, it’s suitable for large families, groups of friends (up to 5 beds), or those who want to enjoy ample spaces. It’s located on the second floor of our property. It consists of a living room entrance with TV and sofa bed (up to three seats), kitchen, and exclusive terrace where you can have lunch or relax in the sun. The bedroom has a double bed, TV, chest of drawers, open wardrobe, and a small smart working area. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a four-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee machine. The bathroom is spacious with a toilet, bidet, and shower. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. The accommodation is completed by the external common outdoor area, sunbathing/relaxation area (under construction), laundry room, dog area, bike storage, and ample space for your relaxing walks.
