It consists of a spacious entrance, living room with TV, and double sofa bed, walk-in closet, and small smart working area, fully equipped kitchen with four-burner induction hob, electric oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer. There is a balcony overlooking olive groves. which gives the opportunity to relax or have outdoor meals. The balcony is equipped with a small table with chairs and a sink. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and a small smart working area. The bathroom is spacious with a toilet, bidet, and shower. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. The accommodation is completed by a dog area, bike storage, and ample spaces for your relaxing walks.

Ninì Apartment

The Ninì apartment is the largest in our property. Spacious and charming, it’s suitable for large families, groups of friends (up to 5 beds), or those who want to enjoy ample spaces. It’s located on the second floor of our property. It consists of an entrance, living room with TV and sofa bed (up to three places), kitchen, and exclusive terrace where you can have lunch or relax in the sun. The bedroom has a double bed, TV, chest of drawers, open wardrobe, and a small smart working area. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a four-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee machine. The bathroom is spacious with a toilet, bidet, and shower. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction hob, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. There is a small sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children.
